Before I read that that's a photography - I actually thought it's a city background drawing as in anime's!.. 
The color and style all leads to it!.. And as I stated above - as background it would have been perfect, but as photo - something is missing - all buildings are pointing to sky where I would expect plane, balloon, e.t.c. but instead it's a bit empty!..
That's my opinion of it!.. Other than that - I like it!..
